Janice is the best hairdresser. It's like she reads my mind every time I sit in the chair and knows exactly what to do. All the staff are really lovely and welcoming. The apprentices give great head massages. The massage chairs at the basins are relaxing and I fall asleep almost every time. And I love their coffee machine. There's never any tension or pretentiousness that you can sometimes feel in a lot of salons. This is why I keep coming back to Off London.
