Fantastic experience. I hadn't been to Off London for over a year and today's visit confirmed that it will be my salon of choice from now on. Reception staff were great when booking the appointment and the whole experience was professional yet friendly. Colourist was efficient - didn't waste any time and did an excellent job. Good to see the owner still has time to stop and have a chat with returning customers - I felt really welcome despite having not been there for a while. I'll be back!
