Two visits to Off London disappointed each time, no doubt talented people but they are easily distracted and just dont listen!!!! At least that was my experience. The first time I was disappointed with the colour, offered coffee 3 times which did not arrive within an hour eventually had to ask. Second visit came in armed with a picture for cut and colour disappointed with both colour nothing like in the picture infact radically different. Best advice I can give is to really listen to your clients.

I always use Off London for my hair colours/cuts. This visit I was only getting a colour done. While the colourist was great the staff who washed/dried my hair were not. I was left at the sink for periods of time and no one told me what was going on. Clearly, something had gone wrong but I was not kept informed. The staff member who blow dried my hair clearly had very limited experience and took an inordinate amount of time to do simple things with very little result. The simple task of sectioning my hair proved to take a lot of time with a lot of head prodding. A lot of time was wasted and in the end I paid a large amount of money for staff who were clearly still in training.

I have had 2 cuts at off London. After the first I can back to get it fixed. First Time I have ever done this in my life. The second has left me going to another hairdresser. I have good hair. Not easy to mess up. It is now fuzzy and odd looking. Not happy. Never been so unhappy with hair cuts in my life. Shame.

I went to off London to get my formal hair done this year. Last year I went to off London to get my formal hair done and I was so happy with the girl who did it, I think her name was Emily. Anyway I had such a good experience with her so I decided to go back this year to get it done. Emily was unable to do it this year so I was given a different hair dresser by the name of Nicole. I have never had my hair look so bad. I asked for thick curls and showed her a picture of what I wanted done. The result was my hair looking horrible. the "thick curls" we're more flicks then anything. Parts of my hair were dead straight. She had blow dried and put that much product in it that my hair looked dead and dull. It took her over an hour to "do my hair" but my hair looked like I had just gotten out of bed. I was running out of time, so I didn't have time to complain and have her ruin my hair further but it was obvious I was unhappy with it. Luckily I was able to fix it myself, but I have no experience in hair dressing and I managed to make my hair look better than a hair dresser. I was so unhappy with my experience with off London this year, I wasted my money. . It was dispointing as I have always heard good things about this salon and had such a good experience last year.

I’ve had three colours with this salon. Last two have been horrible. I’ve left the salon both times wondering how I’ve gotten a completely different colour to what was requested.
