As a new mum with a two month old baby boy I was very nervous about going to get my hair done. The girls were great! placing me down in a quieter section of the salon and managed to get my hair colored, cut and styled and looking great in under two hours. So lovely!

I am especially impressed by the fact I can ask to be on the list in case of a cancellation and I do get an appointment quickly.

I've been a client of Off London since it opened and have had fabulous service, high quality cutting, excellent colouring and excellent advice for all those years absolutely consistently.

Off London is a quality salon offering professional services at a high standard. I am always impressed with the professionalism and skill of the hairdressers and assistants. However, my experiences at the sink have pulled my "quality of service" rating down. At times there is discomfort at the sink. This discomfort is not consistent as during some appointments I feel very comfortable having my shampoo, conditioner and massage but, when I do feel my neck being pulled back and my shoulders aching, I resent it. I must emphasise again that this is not a consistent experience but I am sure the feedback is welcome as anything detracting from the client-focused service standards so evident in this quality salon, need to be addressed.

I went to off London to get my formal hair done this year. Last year I went to off London to get my formal hair done and I was so happy with the girl who did it, I think her name was Emily. Anyway I had such a good experience with her so I decided to go back this year to get it done. Emily was unable to do it this year so I was given a different hair dresser by the name of Nicole. I have never had my hair look so bad. I asked for thick curls and showed her a picture of what I wanted done. The result was my hair looking horrible. the "thick curls" we're more flicks then anything. Parts of my hair were dead straight. She had blow dried and put that much product in it that my hair looked dead and dull. It took her over an hour to "do my hair" but my hair looked like I had just gotten out of bed. I was running out of time, so I didn't have time to complain and have her ruin my hair further but it was obvious I was unhappy with it. Luckily I was able to fix it myself, but I have no experience in hair dressing and I managed to make my hair look better than a hair dresser. I was so unhappy with my experience with off London this year, I wasted my money. . It was dispointing as I have always heard good things about this salon and had such a good experience last year.
