Hi guys, I don't usually fill these feedback forms in, as you know Vince I've been coming to you for years & I'm happy overall -- but I did want to let you know when the apprentice girl washed the colour out of my hair, she dripped water all down my back. I didn't think much of it at the time, water dries no big deal - but when I got home I realised it wasn't just water - hair colour has stained all down the neck and back of the top I was wearing. I've washed it a few times, and it doesn't come out. So I thought I would provide some feedback, just so you can have a word with her about it. I'm not sure of her name I'm sorry, but she's a younger girl, in her twenties maybe? Short lilac coloured hair... Thanks, and sorry to complain!!
