A couple of things to make the experience just that but more superior. Large fluffy and warm towels. A warmer massage room and the application of warm oil

Dear Michael Thank you so much for your feedback it is always very much appreciated. I’m sorry you felt cold, but please next time let me know during your treatment, as I have large blankets available in each room to keep you warm. As you can hopefully understand in Palm Cove the weather is very warm outside, and most of our clients come in wanting an escape from the heat. This is the main reason why I don’t heat the towels you are covered with during your treatment. Our air conditioning system is ducted so we keep it set between 26-28 degrees which works for most of our clients. However all of our oils, back towels and feet towels are warmed, and as I said previously we do provide blankets if you feel cold. Please next time you visit Palm Cove Retreat Day Spa don’t hesitate to tell me how you feel during your treatment, weather this is in regards to pressure, comfort or warmth. I booked on the day (yesterday) and was lucky enough to get a spot. I booked Palm Cover Retreat Day Spa based on the trip advisor ratings. They were spot on. I had the Thousand Flowers Wrap and 1 hour massage with Tegan. It was the BEST treatment I've had!! Admittedly it was the first time I've had a wrap and Vichy shower and both were just to die for. Tegan made me so relaxed and soothed, and I walked out of there feeling just wonderful. The massage pressure was just right for me. Tegan checked first too, which is always a great sign of an experienced professional. I'm not sure how else to express this - she has a great pair of hands, firm yet soft when applying the oils and serum during the wrap, and very firm and confident during the massage. The overall environment was also very relaxing, clean, well thought out with a separate change room, lockers, and tea after the treatment. I'd definitely return when I'm next in Palm Cove and would highly recommend Palm Cove Retreat Day Spa.
