I called Plush after being very disappointed with my very expensive haircut and treatment at another salon a few days earlier. Debbie was wonderful and her experience was obvious. She listened carefully to me then and explained what she was going to do very clearly before going ahead. She then did exactly as she said she was going to do. No more… And no less. I left the salon with my self-esteem restored. Thank you Debbie. Very much appreciated.
