The hairdresser was lovely and did a great job. However I waited nearly an hour for my cut to commence. When I made the booking the price listed was $35. When I was charged after the cut it was $55. I questioned this and was told that it was a stuff up on the computer and it was being fixed. I am happy to pay $55. However, a contract was entered into when I made the booking and was advised that the price was $35. This should have been honoured, if for nothing else than goodwill. Otherwise, I should have been advised of the price difference before my cut commenced. Thank you for the lovely job you did on my hair.

I love coming into Plush but I'm not too happy about the four hours it took for my last appointment. This four hours included 15 minutes getting my eye brows done. I arrived at 9am and left just after 1pm. I do feel the beautition lady was pushy, and she hung around me a lot. Next time I will make sure I stick to Debbie as I am happier with her doing my hair.

All of the staff were great and so was the hair. My only complaint was that while my hair was being dried by Amber, Debbie also put on the false eyelashes. I found both things happening at once really hard to cope with - I felt a bit under siege. It must have made it hard for Debbie too, as the right eyelash was a bit skew-whiff (it sat up above the lash line instead of following it like on the left hand side).

I was very happy with the final result, however I would like to be asked if I was happy with my last haircut and if there was any change I would like. The reason the professional advice column was lower was simply that I didn't require any advice.
