The person who cuts my hair is Billie. Billie is a competent stylist and friendly. Courteous to junior staff members and clients. I went to Plush and asked for Billie on the recommendation of my daughter, and a couple of friends. There hair went from being so so to looking great with Billies talent with the scissors, comb and colour. Judy Schaefer

I have enjoyed my experience with Plush and the expertise of both hairdressers who have cut and coloured my hair. Both girls Abbey and Billie are professional and respectful and have great interpersonal customer service skills and listened to what I needed. They looked after me very well. Very attentive and friendly girls. I feel confident and trust Abbey and Billie with their craft and I would recommend them both to family and friends.

All of the staff were great and so was the hair. My only complaint was that while my hair was being dried by Amber, Debbie also put on the false eyelashes. I found both things happening at once really hard to cope with - I felt a bit under siege. It must have made it hard for Debbie too, as the right eyelash was a bit skew-whiff (it sat up above the lash line instead of following it like on the left hand side).
