Asthetically the salon is ok however it’ does not appear to be very happy or fun in the salon. The energy level appears low. My blow dry was great last time.

I went for a permanent hair straightening but very unhappy with the result.Everytime it was very much straight but I can see fluffyness after the service.It looks more like smoothening.The process was good and they have done everything same what I have experienced before.But the straightening of the hair with the straightener could have been much better.I felt if I contact the salon and take more treatment and may not get the desired result again .Don't know what to do.Pls help.

My concern was not to over process my hair. I explained that I had foils put in last time - four weeks prior. They suggested I put a couple of foil in. Then charged me for a full head. So I guess they were more interested in selling services rather than my concerns for my hair or condition of my hair after.
