I have been a client of Portabello's since its inception. It's always a pleasurable experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very professional, and the coffee is well received. My only concern is the cost. As my husband was retrenched recently I feel guilty paying $190 every 7 weeks for my hair.I have never asked but do you have concessions? I'm not on a pension but do have a seniors card. I know the products used are of the best quality, and that along with knowing I will have a great cut are the reasons I have stayed. I come all the way from North Brighton so that says something doesen't it! Keep up the great work. Maggie

Fantastic salon. Whilst the prices are the highest I have ever paid, I will probably keep having my hair done by Anthony. As for telling my friends and family I have already done so. Perhaps an incentive for regular customers of - a free product, free treatment massage etc, discount on visit or whatever to keep them interested. Just a thought. By the way Kerian is the best hair washer and head massage person I have ever had.... I don't profess to be a expert on hair, far from it, but at 62 I have always been very particular with my hair, being able to style it when I go home from the salon on a everyday basis is so important.

All of the staff are really friendly and attentive, and the quality of service is always consistent - in 5 years I haven't had a bad experience yet!

I wish the gowns put on to cover the customers be cleaner. Several times I have seen hair (belong to those who wore them before me)on the gowns and I find this is revolting. I also dont know if you use a clean set of towels per customer or not.

I started a new business venture 12 months ago so any hair care had gone sadly by the wayside. Thanks to awesome styl;ist Shelley I am now truly 'back in style'. I thoroughly reccomend Postobello especially if you don't know what to do with your hair. Can't wait for my next appointment!

I love the salon and the excellent service and care they provide. I usually come for a cut and semi permanent color and am always happy with the results. I have found I pay about 100 dollars more than I am used to at other salons for the same thing.
