The service I came in for was to have global keratin put into my hair. I have had this done previously at the salon each time with a very pleasing result.I discussed with my hairdresser Kieren the problems I was having with regrowth on my bleached hair (done by a different salon) and he took the time to explain the different options we could try, some of which I had no previous knowledge of! He explained everything to me really well and showed me some photos of colored hair so that he was clear on the look I wanted to achieve.If I had known some of the information he shared with me, as to why dark streaks won't stay in my hair without fading, I could have saved myself a lot of time and money over the years by going to Portabello for my color in the first place.One has to wonder why no other hairdresser I have ever seen has ever explained this to me? I will definitely be coming back to Portabello.

Yoshie was friendly, competent and understood what I wanted - she anticipated my requests like a mind reader & knew exactly how to treat my thick hair, taking the time needed to cut it well. Another great cut from Portabello :)
