I always enjoy being acknowledged by ALL staff when entering the Salon. The staff are always friendly and polite and engage in conversation. My family and I are always made welcome and I feel that ALL the staff make us people like a client rather than a number or another 'head'.

What a great experience all round and the results are fantastic, colour and cut. A nice quiet environment which allows me to relax during the whole process. Staff are very good at explaining the services and LISTEN to what it is YOU want to achieve as the outcome. Your hairdresser is YOUR hairdresser throughout the process and does not pass you around to other salon staff, this makes the experience rather more personal in my opinion. Very Very pleased with Portabello. 9/10

Professional,friendly staff who make you feel really comfortable. I had Yoshi cut my hair and am really happy with the style. I had many positive comments at work today.

As always great service and attention. The saloon uses ghigh quality products and staff are welcoming and efficient.
