This was my first haircut & colour at Portobello & a great first experience. The staff are very friendly & made me feel very welcome. I had a new hairdresser Mia on her first day & she was so lovely. She was very attentive & listened to what I was after & was open to feedback. Any change of salon or hairdresser is a big deal but I was very pleased with the result & will be coming back. Thankyou!

I love going to this salon as it is friendly and Anthony is an excellent hair cutter. I have a cut and colour every 6 weeks. I do feel that the prices are very high. I would think I could have a hair colour much cheaper and last and look the same though. I have been thinking of having a colour elsewhere and Anthony only cut my hair, interesting to see the price. I have to add I travel one and a half hours to the salon. So must be worth it!!

Gaylene's welcoming manner and advice on colour was excellent and she consulted at each step with Daniel. Having said that, my appointment took 2 hours which was a lot longer than I expected and was very inconvenient.

I was complemented so many times at my 40th on my hair, and the curls lasted the entire next day, so I was still able to look fabulous for post-party clean up. Thanks guys!
