i found the experience very based on sales pitch. The first thing I was asked (after checking how I wanted my brows done) was whether i want to purchase a package deal, the next was about the type of product I use (with a view to another sales pitch)... I found this a bit off putting. If the sales pitch was left until the end, after some general chatter, the experience may be more personal, and less off putting.
