I didn't like the up-sell at the end of the treatment. I also would have liked the technician to tell me what she was doing during the process - I had a 30 min massage with Hot Stones and the technician didn't know if the 10 min Hot Stones was on top of the 30 minutes; 40 min pedacure and had no idea what was happening; 50 min facial and again had no idea what she was doing. She then tried to up-sell the products at the end but I didn't know what she had used when, so it was all meaningless to me.

I had a very nice treatment and the beautician was lovely. I just thought it was a bit expensive for what I received. The beautician did all that was required for the essential pedicure - I just think you could improve it by also cleaning nails.

I have to say the massage was lovely but the facial was the roughest facial I have had. It felt quite rushed. At the end the girl didn’t even warn me but sat the bed upright. You need to be mindful,of telling people this as you can damage or cause back injury especially if someone is susceptible to back injury. Does not lend to a relaxed feeling.

I had a G String wax. When I came home I still had a lot of hair still there which I had to pluck out myself, it seems that I was only waxed close in but a lot of the hair further out closer to my leg was just missed, quite disappointing really. I don't want anyone to contact me you just need to do a proper job in future, its that simple really. I have had Waxing done for over 30 years and know how it should be done.

I had two treatments, I was only happy with one of them. I had to go over my second treatment at home. The staff member doing the treatment was pleasant and friendly. Overall the treatment was not up to standard.
