Overall a pleasant experience, however the person doing my treatment was rather chatty. I really prefer no talking when getting a facial.

I do brazillian regularly, and I just feel like the beautician should know all hair must be removed. Not leave the inner part of the private part area unwaxed with obvious hairs still around it. After waxing I knew there would be hair because the inner part of my body wasn’t waxed. Usually Simone wax it all. In future, please advise new therapist waxing me to wax everything off as that’s the whole point of Brazillian Wax. I’m sure they would have good eyes to notice there’s still hair there without having me to confirm the obvious … She was a nice lady but just need to provide quality service. Thanks Maryanne

Would prefer not to have obvious upselling of unrelated product. I am attending massage sessions only and I’m not interested in being upsold exfoliants or other skin care products and I find it quite awkward when this happens and I have to shut it down by saying I’m not interested. In addition I felt that being prompted to buy another series of massages when I am not even halfway through the current series was a bit premature. I don’t blame the therapist as it is obviously she is following company direction, but I was reminded/prompted 3 times during the session that I should repurchase. I think this would be more appropriate at the 2nd last or last session. These are minor things that would be easy to avoid and they do impact on an otherwise extremely pleasant experience. One of the reasons I started coming to Pure Indulgence in the past was that they didn’t really do this, it is a shame to see this now seems to be part of the experience.
