I have been coming to Pure Indulgence Stores, firstly to Garden City, then after moving house, to Carindale Store for many years now. I was very disappointed this week to be charged extra to remove long-lasting nailpolish from my toenails. I was having a pedicure and was charged extra for this service. I wasn't told I was going to be charged extra till I went to pay, and only then when I queried the price. Very poor forms ladies!!! I found this behaviour very insulting and am considering whether I will take my business (after all these years) somewhere else.
