Comment
The overall experience was great to the point where I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. The only problem was with the steamer, it was rather noisy and a few times it splashed me with boiling water which tended to reduce the level of relaxation. The beautician did say she would report this to the manager when she realised I had been splashed with boiling water droplets.
