Overall experience of actual treatment was very professional - one of the best I have received in the past 12 months. And this doesn't mean the others were bad just this one was better. However, quite disappointed that I wasn't advised, when I had to change my booking earlier in the week, that Sunday treatments incurred a 20% surcharge. Only noticed this when I walked into the salon. Treatment wasn't urgent so I would have organised for a different day. Always good to remind customers please.
