I do brazillian regularly, and I just feel like the beautician should know all hair must be removed. Not leave the inner part of the private part area unwaxed with obvious hairs still around it. After waxing I knew there would be hair because the inner part of my body wasn’t waxed. Usually Simone wax it all. In future, please advise new therapist waxing me to wax everything off as that’s the whole point of Brazillian Wax. I’m sure they would have good eyes to notice there’s still hair there without having me to confirm the obvious … She was a nice lady but just need to provide quality service. Thanks Maryanne

Just moved here from the Uk. First visit for a full body massage done by Jo, what can I say, came out feeling so relaxed with all stress knots gone. very professional from the moment I entered the Salon to leaving. Totally recommend Jo I have booked my next appointment.

I have gone to Pure Indulgence for a number of years for my brows. I wasn’t able to get in with a beautician of my choosing, so I was assigned one. This beautician was lovely, but I am so unhappy with how my brows turned out. I thought I had examined them properly at the salon but I’ve had to come home and pluck and trim my brows myself, and am now seeing that the tint is very uneven in my brows. I am really disappointed as my brows barely look like they’ve been done professionally.
