This was my second visit for both my wife & I. Our appointment was on time, the staff were great & made me feel very relaxed. They are obviously very well trained, knowledgeable professionals in their industry. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable massage. I have no hesitations in returning in the future.

Booked in for a spontaneous facial this afternoon & it was fantastic. Couldn’t fault Lisa who performed my facial. So lovely & relaxing however when trying to relax there was a lot of noise outside the treatment room ie cupboard doors slamming. It literally sounded like someone was restocking & making plenty of noise while doing it. Something to be mindful of when trying to provide a relaxing environment for clients.

Lovely service and they were able to take me straight through for an appt. My therapist Ashlii was lovely and paid attention to detail but felt a little rushed out the door at the end by the therapist on Reception.

Young girl who did my Brazilian was not confident at all. I can't remember her name but was young, new and very very shy. I'd recommend not letting her perform Brazilians on customers - kept going over the same area many times with hot wax which I'm surprised I'm not burnt from but also took a very long time as she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I was also asked why I get a Brazilian as she couldn't understand why anyone wants one as she has never had one - not very appropriate to say to a customer. I didn't say anything to her as she was already so unsure of herself due to lack of confidence that I didn't want to make it worse. The poor girl needs to be given a confidence booster or maybe this isn't the right industry for her to be working in.
