I had booked for a Hot Stone massage and all over body massage, this experience was amazing. It was after the massage when at reception that the person asked me if I has a Gift Voucher which I had given her when I had first gone in, I said Yes, she searched for the Gift Voucher and could not locate it ,she rudely said did you have a gift voucher to that I responded yes, she responded, well I asked you that the first time. After an amazing massage this soured the entire experience.

I had a lovely, very relaxing massage. Very enjoyable. My therapist didn’t ask about the pressure until after the massage was finished and I was fully dressed. Only downside was that even though I ticked back, neck, scalp as areas to focus on, my massage therapist did not massage any of my front other than my face. Half my arms done, half my legs done but not the other halves. It felt unfinished

I love Pure Indulgence! However, I always feel a bit uncomfortable when I'm asked to buy extra products/extra sessions while I'm there. I said that I couldn't afford a particular product, and instead of just leaving it, the sales person asked if I wanted a smaller bottle (which was still over 60 dollars). I want to relax when getting a facial - not feel pressured or stressed. I just wish there was less pushing from the staff to buy extra products.

Too focused on up selling! People can see / read promos at the desk & possibly get text messages etc & don't need to be told about it again. Back off with the sales pitch and let good service & the opportunity for your clients to have a relaxing time out from their day.

For me I found the product knowledge great and professional advice great and staff had professional manners. I would say the staff pushed on selling products too aggressively. I think I said no about 5 times which is excessive. I think potentially there can be more training or specialising with pregnant women. I advised I was heavily pregnant (38 weeks) thinking there would be some measures in place so I was surprised being expected to lay flat on my back for a more than 2 hour appointment where the purpose was to relax however that position is anything but relaxing. That’s a risk for both me and the baby safety which should be known through basic training. Other places I’ve been to were very accommodating to my pregnancy, so I was surprised in this instance. I think this feedback is important for pregnant clients moving forward. It’s worth noting that my partner enjoyed his experience very much, thank you
