It would be nice if the rooms were sound proof and you could not hear the talking going on outside and at the front desk.

I would have preferred a FULL body massage for the FULL BODY massage and stone treatment I was booked. I expected my arms and hands massaged, although this was not provided on the day, not sure if that’s a usual thing? It’s included at competitor organisations. What was included for service I received, back, legs, feet, scalp (which did hurt, as fingers where pulling hair). Aside from that, environment and professional service exceeded

Great advise on how to treat ingrown, tried to be gentle as possible but it was quite painful than usual. But I guess different therapist = different methods of approach. One thing I would like to say is, for Brazilians, therapist should make sure that all hair are removed especially the inner part of the private parts as they are ones with the better view at the time of treatment. Overall it was great but could be better with Brazilian. As it’s not the first time, some parts of my inner part of Brazilian that has some hair...

YOU CAN HEAR THE CENTRE MUSIC AS WELL AS THE SALON MUSIC - VERY DISTRACTING

Great overall experience. However very obvious that staff are trained to upsell at any given opportunity. It's hard to feel relaxed when there is pressure to purchase more after treatment is complete. In future, my advise is to allow your customers to just enjoy the actual experience rather the focus on making more profit.
