Thank you again for the much needed pampering! Pure indulgence is always amazing, unfortunately this time I got someone who was less experienced then the other girls(she was professionally spoken and friendly) and I wasn't completely satisfied with how it turned out... I sent an email to the salon and they said sorry and fixed it up straight away! I am so happy customer service still exist and they fixed it up and did such a great job. I will always recommend pure indulgence to friends and family as I know they are always great and if they have a bad day (happens the the most of us) they will fix it! I can't wait till my next appointment!
