I was not given any prior explanation about what would be applied to my face. They only asked what I wanted, and when the facial started, it was carried out in a rather mechanical manner. Usually, when applying something, you're asked, 'I'm going to apply this, is it okay? Does it hurt?' but I wasn't asked anything. After it ended, my hair was messy with oil, my face was covered in oil, and there was leftover cream around my nose. I was in an embarrassing state and had to rush home. I’m sorry, but I won’t be returning
