Calynne was amazing. By far the best Spa Therapist I have experienced in a long time. Her attention to my requests was spot on and her sincerity was wonderful. A beautiful firm touch. Kendall at reception was lukewarm and when I made my compliments of Calynne she did not thank me or say they would be passed on. There is no bathroom at this store which I cannot understand why. I had to walk quite a distance to the nearest one. This is unacceptable for a day spa. I would return for Calynne, the ambience and cleanliness needs attention.

I usually have fantastic eyebrow tidy and tint service however upon going home after this appointment noticed that I had a little cut under my eyebrow and quite a lot of hair still that I had to pluck myself. Customer service was lovely but my wax could have been better.

I've been to the concept store at carindale several times and I find it well laid out and clean and stylish. The staff are very pleasant and provide excellent service. My last therapist was Candace and she was caring very efficient . Many thanks

Sam was my therapist on two occasions, she was awesome. So gentle and her facial massage was fantastic.
