Young girl who did my Brazilian was not confident at all. I can't remember her name but was young, new and very very shy. I'd recommend not letting her perform Brazilians on customers - kept going over the same area many times with hot wax which I'm surprised I'm not burnt from but also took a very long time as she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I was also asked why I get a Brazilian as she couldn't understand why anyone wants one as she has never had one - not very appropriate to say to a customer. I didn't say anything to her as she was already so unsure of herself due to lack of confidence that I didn't want to make it worse. The poor girl needs to be given a confidence booster or maybe this isn't the right industry for her to be working in.

out of all the times i've been there, this is the first time no one try to sell me stuff, which made the experience much less stressful. when i am there, i just want to get my treatment and when i need new product, i would ask... so rather than pushing ("recommend") new product, it would be nice if the therapist just ask if there are anything products i need...

I have been a repeat customer at this concept store for a significant period of time and generally the experience is pleasant. However I feel time management and promotion of products. Regularly appointments seem to start late and finish early which is frustrating for the cost of the experience. In addition I always feel as though there are product sales targets that the beauticians need to be meeting as there is always a lot of pressure at the conclusion of the service to buy products. The pushy nature in which products are imposed makes me not what to return which is a shame because the experience of the facial is always great.

i found the experience very based on sales pitch. The first thing I was asked (after checking how I wanted my brows done) was whether i want to purchase a package deal, the next was about the type of product I use (with a view to another sales pitch)... I found this a bit off putting. If the sales pitch was left until the end, after some general chatter, the experience may be more personal, and less off putting.

I have been a devoted client of Pure Indulgence Carindale for many many years now and have always been very happy with their level of service. Lately I feel this has dropped off somewhat. Today I paid to have an express manicure on fingernails and buff and polish on toenails. The whole experience was very disappointing. The first colour I chose, had to be removed as the polish was too gluggy and thick. It couldn't be replaced with a new bottle for some reason so I had to choose another colour. The second colour I chose was not much better.... I'd like to point out the problem didn't rest with the girl doing my nails... she did her best with inferior products. I'm considering trying to find somewhere else to go for my treatments in the future.

My therapist was just okay. I paid extra for an add on, which I wouldn't have minded so much but my 1 hour treatment lasted less than 40 minutes - I was there for 50 minutes total, so factoring in the initial consultation/upsell opportunity and time getting changed. I don't think the photos are necessary unless your customer requests an assessment.
