Appointment was scheduled for 7pm however nobody came and advised that the person looking after me was running late. was taken in just before 7.20pm - thats 20 MINUTES LATE! I had to go and ask what was happening - nobody took the time to come and inform me of the delay. this is how you will lose customers. the person looking after me was very sorry for the delay which i know can happen and her service was terrific. it is however the initial step of when somebody walks into the store that they are looked after from that very second which didn't happen. the lady i approached wasn't very understanding and didn't seem to care. the staff knew how unimpressed i was and how unprofessional i thought they acted. the least they could have done was offer something for their lack of service, offering to reschedule is NOT the response they should give somebody.

I was really disappointed today with my waxing treatment. Every time I come in there is a different interpretation by the staff of what is a g-string wax. To pay $40 for a 'why-bother' wax has made me feel disappointed and sad. I don't have time to now get it done properly before I go away and that makes me feel unconfident....insert tears here! I was also upset that no one asked whether I was satisfied with the treatment so I didn't feel like I could provide feedback until now.

I would have preferred one consultant from the start of my 6 booked treatments. I also was given conflicting information about what the expect after having a perk.

We only use Rachel when going to Pure Indulgence Concept as she knows how to massage! The only thing that would prevent me from going back there is the price!! I don't believe $75 for 40 mins is worth it. Rachel is the only reason I went to Pure Indulgence today.

I’ve been getting Brazilians at pure indulgence for 8 years. Disappointed today that the therapist said she wouldn’t remove hair from my lower tummy region, as it’s not part of the pubic area. Therapists have always done this area for me. I thought the therapist rushed. I don’t have a lot of growth, but normally more care and time is taken to remove ALL hair. I think the price is excessive for the treatment and think it should be based on hair removal or length. Probably won’t return. I will finish my series at my other salon and likely to go elsewhere from now on. Disappointed.

Booked in for a Brazilian. Therapist didn’t do a thorough job. Had to do remove the left over hair when I got home. If I’m paying $70 , I shouldn’t have to be doing any touch ups myself
