Comment
My only comments are on how much your staff are required to push products. I understand the requirement in terms of consumables to keep the company going but sometimes the better customer experience is to recognise they don't want anything and back off. Secondarily, finding your contact information online was extremely difficult. Not knowing that there are two stores in Carindale and not being able to find a directory of phone numbers meant I ended up calling the wrong store to get the right number (and I wasn't able to find that number listed in any of the obvious places - eg FB etc)
