I do not provide this easily but felt that if I do not give my feedback then no one can benefit. My therapist did the most amazing back massage which I complimented her on. However the facial massage consisted of WAY too many DOWNWARD and HEAVY movements. I literally felt my face was being pulled off. At 61 I need as much upward lift possible. That afternoon my face was extremely dry, I kept putting product on to take away the dryness. Normally after a facial my skin feels full, soft and hydrated at least till the following day. Not in this case. I was very disappointed that my Deluxe Pedicure (or whatever it was called) did not include a massage. I felt for $80 it was VERY expensive for what I received.
