Had a really good facial however the amount of times I was asked if I wanted to purchase a product was excessive. I was asked if I wanted the sunscreen or a $25 mask or to buy a package. I understand that you must up sell and things like that but the amount of times was excessive.

I have been to pure indulgence a few times and generally enjoy my experience (facial/massage) but some feedback I have is around the confusion with gift cards. On two occasions it has been miscommunicated with me how much I have on a gift card, what my service is worth and then how much I have left after the service. This has left me feeling stressed when I leave. I also feel that the therapists push for a sale after every service and I think that considering the high cost of treatments, this is inappropriate.

Beware of 20% surcharge for Sunday’s. They don’t tell you until you’re finished!!!

Almost reluctant to return for my final 3 prepaid sessions due to the sales pitches. Can’t just enjoy the moment when every question is about what they can try sell you.

Facial was great but the massage was below average. I would not return to the salon for massages.

Hi there, I booked a Body Massage and Luxury Hot Oil Pedicure, and although the staff were wonderful, I was not quite happy with the pedicure. I was looking forward to a "hot oil" massage and felt that it did not really meet my expectations. The "hot oil" was cold and I felt that the massage could have been a little longer. I gave my nail polish 5 hours to dry but it still chipped. Perhaps my expectations were too high? I will still go back to Pure Indulgence for other treatments, but not the pedicure. Thank you.
