The beautician who provided my treatment was very friendly and professional and tried her best to make my visit as positive as it could be. I had a Signature Pedicure but felt that there was not much difference between the result of this pedicure and what I could do myself at home. Due to a leg injury and for other various reasons I have not had a pedicure for some years and was really looking forward to my treatment especially as I had been so impressed with the results on previous visits. I think that the treatment I had on previous visits was possible called "Deluxe Pedicure " so perhaps I chose the incorrect treatment to match my expectations. I have an intolerance/sensitivity to products containing Lavender and as there was no other option I was very disappointed to have been unable to have the benefit of being able to leave the salon with soft smooth feet. Perhaps whichever treatment I had chosen the outcome may have been similar due to lack of alternative moisture, scrub, and soaking products. One suggestion I do have regarding the procedure is in relation to ease of access to the bowl for soaking feet. It is very hard for people with short legs to be able to soak two feet in a bowl with a very small amount of water if the legs have to pass over a bolster to reach the bowl.
