I have been going to this salon for almost two years. The last 6 months (including my visit today for a lash tint and brow wax) i have noticed a massive drop in consistency or standard offerings by the therapists. Last visit (and again this visit) i was not asked if i would like a hand or head massage - the therapist just gave me what she wanted to do. This time the therapist didnt even bother putting the eye patch on while the tint was attaching (and while she was cleaning up). Sadly if i dont notice an improvement over the next few visits i will not be back.
