Can you make a tick box or something that we can tick or ask for if we are just after the luxury service and not there for the items. I hate being sold items because I feel bad and spend money on stuff I don’t need and can’t afford. I book my services as a luxury treatment to pamper myself and the whole sales experience really ruins it for me. I walk out broke because it’s hard to say no. If there was an option to tick to say Just here for the experience, currently happy with my products and don’t need any recommendations, I think you would get a lot more business. I loved my treatment which was a gift from my friends! But walked out $290 poorer because products were pushed on me and I’m not exactly someone who feels comfortable saying no.
