Casey was very professional and lovely. She made me feel very welcome and gave me some great advice suited for my needs and budget. I was left feeling very relaxed and refreshed after my facial. Unfortunately, the dimmer light in the room wasn't working at all, so it was either really bright (with the large light on) or very dim (with just a candle). Once that is fixed it will be a better environment.
