Actually I am very disappointed about my experience at Pure Indulgence. I have booked a shellac and eyebrows & lips wax. When I reserved the treatments, the day before I asked for a French shellac and during the conversation they just confirmed it positively. But today when I arrived at the place I couldn't make the shellac because at the desk they told me that they dind't know anything about the french and it would be taken more time (actually just 10 minutes) and "unfortunately" they were in back to back and they couldn't satisfy my request. In this occasion I absolutely needed the shellac and I just wasted my time with one of the employees who was trying to convince me to change colour (why I have to pay 45$ for something that I don't want?!?!). However I could do the waxing and fortunately that service was very good and professional. It's a shame saying that it was my first time at Pure Indulgence and it will be my last one. I can't loose my time for a mistake that I didn't make and for what?? For only 10 minutes??? They preferred loose 45$ dollars and a new client.

I ha e been quiet disappointed the last two times I have been. No serum used and no facial massage anymore. Very rushed service and given the cost that is not good enough. I will try the Wintergarden again and if no better will have to go somewhere else. Upsetting as I have been a customer for over 20 years.

Received the 130min pamper pack which included a 60min massage with signature facial and hot stone. Massage was amazing I fall asleep (may have something to do with having an infant and finally getting some quite time to myself) it was really nice - the bed however was terrible hardly any padding around the face part and I had something sticking into my forehead (at the end of the day I didn’t have a baby with me) the facial I received the lady was quite rough she massages M.D. my head so much that it Was extremely knotted both sides. I didn’t receive any steam during the facial and not once did she explain what she was doing during the treatment. Even when we had finished she didn’t say what products she used or what. Also when I arrived I had to fill out a form (standard practice) then get a face examination! All this was included in my 130min package however that ate up almost 20mins of my massage time. She even finished a couple of minutes before :( Don’t get me wrong what I had was nice in some parts I just think if your having a package that costs $215 you want It to be pretty good.

It was a spare of the moment decision to book in for a facial. I booked it purely to have some relaxing time and I explained this to the lady at the front counter and also the lady that looked after me. I felt as if I was being sold to the whole time from when I walked in, while getting my facial and then after while still trying to fix my hair up. I explained right from the start on the form I completed and over again that I was happy with my skin condition and did not have any concerns with it. I was still shown products after my treatment which was very frustrating. When I went to pay I was again asked if I wanted to purchase a pack of 3 facials..... to be honest I just wanted to get out of there! It was not the relaxing treatment I was after and will not return.
