Shelli is apparently new. I booked a pure pamper pack - no pampering here, just insults. Told me she could do anything with my face in just a week, that would be a miracle. Booked a package with a 1 hour body massage, got a 40 minute back massage. When asked her to apply more pressure, she told me I was getting what I asked for at the beginning. The assistant manager was lovely, but it definitely was not a pamper pack. Left the salon in tears😢
