I didn't really experience what I expected and my nail polish lasted an hour and was still wet and was horribly painted. I'm also pregnant so was really looking forward to the pedicure. I never complain but I just thought you should know.

My eyebrows got made to look like disgusting slugs and my skin was burnt this is so horrible i can’t believe i paid for this

We booked this appointment for my 75 year old mother, the way she was treated is a disgrace. She is still upset about her experience.

Disappointing! Upon minutes of my 1 hour massage I mentioned that my room was very noisy ( I was put in the very first room near the main door). I could hear people entering/ leaving and conversations taking place - so much for a relaxing quiet massage! I mentioned something to my consultant early into my massage and the answer I received was very simple and vague. Also, when I pay a lot of money for a one hour massage, I expect 1 hour not 52 mins!

This was the worst brazilian wax I have ever had in terms of both quality and pain. The wax was being yanked off before it had 'set' properly - it felt as though she was just pulling on sections of hair. When she couldn't get all the wax in one go she would just put more wax on top of that and continue yanking it off before it had cooled. At the end of the appointment she said 'well you're definitely ready for the beach now' ... not likely - there were big patches of hair still along my bikini line and she did not even go near the back region. I have been disappointed with the service at this particular salon in the past but not to the point of making a complaint. This will be the last time that I use Pure Indulgence.
