Had a really good facial however the amount of times I was asked if I wanted to purchase a product was excessive. I was asked if I wanted the sunscreen or a $25 mask or to buy a package. I understand that you must up sell and things like that but the amount of times was excessive.

Both my mother and I had facials today and it was fantastic. Both ladies were excellent and should be commended.

I have booked the first session of the morning more than once yet this salon runs late. I arrived 2 minutes before my 9.10am appointment and the salon doors were not yet open. This is the same experience each time. The staff are pleasant and the beauticians are lovely, polite, well trained. This is why I return. I strongly recommend that the manager discusses the importance of punctuality with the team. It is not encouraging when the day begins late, as it is more difficult to run on time as the day goes on due to unavoidable customer care concerns. I manage a customer service team in another industry so am aware of many of the challenges faced. I write this feedback with a constructive intention. It is a nice salon in a good location. It could be even better with a little more attention to detail.

Maddison was great - first time facial for my daughter. She helped to educate as well as put my daughter at ease.
