I have been to pure indulgence a few times and generally enjoy my experience (facial/massage) but some feedback I have is around the confusion with gift cards. On two occasions it has been miscommunicated with me how much I have on a gift card, what my service is worth and then how much I have left after the service. This has left me feeling stressed when I leave. I also feel that the therapists push for a sale after every service and I think that considering the high cost of treatments, this is inappropriate.

The Microdermabrasion service I booked was far better and more thorough than I expected. I felt like I was in there for more than the 50mins. Shelby who looked after me was fabulous and made me feel very relaxed. I've already booked my next 3 appointments.

30 minute back massage - was great, very relaxing and the atmosphere also great. The t did a wonderful job. I can understand the reason for being more expensive than the other massage salons in the shopping centre, as the atmosphere is more spa like. But still I find it a bit too pricey. If it wasn’t for the voucher I probably wouldn’t have gone, but I’m glad I did as I did enjoy the experience.
