Had an eyebrow wax and while I thought it was good when I left but once getting home I had a closer look and noticed there was still hairs that I think should have been plucked (that were easily visible) so it looks finished and tidy. I had to finish my eyebrows once getting home.

I booked in for an hour Total Body Indulgence at 11am. I was taken through to the room at 11.12am & once the lovely young girl came back to start the procedure it would have been at least 11.20am. All finished and I was getting dressed at 12.02pm so 40 minutes which it does say in the menu but it also says 60 mins (which is standard for most massages/packages) and I also got an email stating total time required was 1 hr and 10 mins.... In short the massage was beautiful & the young girl was great at it and lovely. But obviously it was a lot of money for a very short service. Also the upsell is really uncomfortable after such a beautiful experience.... was discussing this with a group of local ladies on Saturday evening and we all felt the same re PI. Understand why it's done but it is really not nice as a Client

Eyebrows still appearing untidy (not much change to how they were) but eyelash and eyebrow tint looked great

I feel they push the upsell a bit too much. They have a great product: pay for 5 treatments and receive the 6th free. But if I say finances are tight they should stop with the hard sell.

I usually love pure indulgence Carindale but I was slightly disappointed with my full leg wax today. It is VERY patchy and I will have to shave in many places. I hope my next session is a bit more thorough and less pressed for time so it can be done properly.

The website needs to be clearer when booking a service. I wanted essential pedicure. I also requested shellac removal but I could not book re-application. I assumed this would be part of the treatment but this was not the case. I had to pay extra than the $70.
