My rating are probably not indicative of someone who would normally get a massage. It was a gift. The upsell was very obvious and I did buy something. It would have been nice to just experience the service without feeling like if I was to come back that it would be another upsell opportunity. I understand business but I think you lose repeat business. I girl that did my massage was very good, she listened to me and it was a great experience.

Prompt service! My appointment time was adhered to & I wasn't kept waiting. My therapist was very good. The only negative about Pure Indulgence is the cost ... I don't know how they justify the cost of an eyebrow wax!

Normally I am very happy with the service however this last visit for a half leg wax I was removing wax one day later in about 5 places and much leg hair was missed.

Disappointing at reception had to wait on arrival and paying post treatment as was on phone taking bookings instead of putting them on hold for a live customer. Also hate the product push and package push. Hot stone massage was amazing and Taylor was very talented and professional.-carindale store(near big w)

The lady was lovely and i enjoyed the massage, its the sales pitch at the end that is always the annoying part. If i am going for a relaxing massage i am NOT after a 10min sales pitch. Puts a damper on the massage and also makes me less likely to return to just avoid the pitch at the ens.
