I returned to have my nails redone due to receiving a manicure I was unhappy with, no one apologised for the manicure being bad, or having to return to have them redone But the girl who redid my nails did a great job and paid extra attention to making sure I was happy and the nails I've had done now are thin and even and tidy. Thanks a lot :)

Whilst my massage was enjoyable and relaxing, I was booked in for a 40 minute back massage which started at 11:30 and finished at 11:59. I also felt like I wasn’t able to fully relax as all I could hear during my appointment was talking right outside the door. Overall it was an okay experience, but not worth $85.

The staff member didn't give much time for me to get ready for the treatment (i.e only left the room for a short time) and then again after the treatment she left the room but returned after about 15 seconds, not enough time for me to get off the bed and dressed again. Felt very awkward.

One of my favorite things about coming to pure indulgence for my brow wax was the soothing eye massage that used to occur at the end of the treatment. I have noticed that this doesn't seem to be happening any more which is a little disappointing as it was a lovely way to finish a wax -lights dimmed and a minute or two of soothing oil massaged into your eye area. This is no criticism of the person that undertook my treatment tonight. It's something that seems to have been gradually stopped. Being on a series, and having attending this salon for years, you tend to notice these things. Seeing the price increase, but the service received decrease, makes me wuestion whether I will purchase a series again.
