I can't remember the lady that did my treatment but she is awesome and very friendly and offered to help me get dressed as I have injured my arm Will definitely be seeing her again

It would be nice if you could choose the fragrance of the massage oil (i know they have more than one). I am hypersensitive to some scents and would appreciate being able to select a fragrance that i know is fine for me rather than have to check at the start of each visit what oil is being used. Also some people fine some scents unpleasant and would have a better experience if they could choose the frangance that suits them or their mood best.

The lady that looked after me was fantastic. The only complaint I had was that it was too cold in the room.

I want to commend Brooke who was the most informed therapist I have ever had dealings with. I learned more about my treatment (eg how to prepare for it in future) as well as other offerings available from the salon than I have ever done in over 25 years of visiting salons throughout Australia and overseas. She is clearly passionate about what she does and this makes an incredible difference to the service she provides.

Everything with my massage was great except the room was freezing cold once I started to relax

They did a big reno and I think some of the rooms got smaller. The poor therapists contorting themselves around the rooms. I hate the sales pitch at the end of the treatment too. If I need or want something I’ll ask. I assume they have sales targets so I hate saying no then resent the business when I buy something. I have become a lot better at saying no though.
