I have come back and continue to have services with Pure Indulgence due to the quality of service by Emmalee. I am a customer that likes 1 consultant who gets to know my requirements therefore will never accept a sup always will make another appointment when Emmalee available. I also totally hate upselling pushing during treatments esp in reception area. Demi at Garden City was the total professional that's why I went there for years leaving and return when she did. I find that same quality professional service with Emmalee at Carindale hence my return to Pure Indulgence. She listens to want you want explains if not possible or better alternative and delivers so you leave feeling great and looking good getting what ya want not what they want to do i.e. problem with eyebrow shaping that's why I changed from Garden City not retuned there they didn't listen to customer's preference just did what they like want regardless and ones left with odd shaped eyebrow which ya hate and know everyone everyday can see leaving ya feeing look silly unhappy with ya appearance. I don't appreciate is the phone calls to confirm or rearrange or further book appointments I personally find this pushy hard selling not customer service follow up. But I think ya text service day prior is excellent communication and always promptly respond :-) or confirming or the highlighting of me within the reception area which is very small no privacy right on top of each other. Some people like to shop clothes shoes makeup etc. my personal pampering essentials is skin facial and waxing - beauty and hair cuts so I am someone who values the expense of my treatments and will always vote with my feet and dollars when I an not happy with services.

My only comments are on how much your staff are required to push products. I understand the requirement in terms of consumables to keep the company going but sometimes the better customer experience is to recognise they don't want anything and back off. Secondarily, finding your contact information online was extremely difficult. Not knowing that there are two stores in Carindale and not being able to find a directory of phone numbers meant I ended up calling the wrong store to get the right number (and I wasn't able to find that number listed in any of the obvious places - eg FB etc)

Only marked the overall environment a 7 as the seat in the reception area is in desperate need of a refurb.

The staff member at the front desk was less than impressive. She was chewing gum, her personal presentation was not polished and was not particularly welcoming or friendly. Chloe my therapist was lovely, my treatment was wonderful. I was very happy with Chloe 10/10. Thanks Chloe,
