I had an eyelash tint done. Whilst the dye was on my elelashes I could hear the beauty therapist ripping apart bits of material (to wash the dye off). I would suggest that this is all done prior to the client arriving. I've had a tint in at a spa in Cromwell, NZ where they give you a head massage while you are waiting for the dye in your lashes to do it's thing. This made it a very relaxing experience where the therapist is focussing all if the appointment time on you. Might I suggest that pure indulgence adopt something similar to up their game?

I think considering the Covid impact you managed your responsibilities very well and i felt safe having a facial. Well done!!

My therapist gave an amazing massage and was very professional. She really set the ambience for me to be able to relax and enjoy the massage. She made my day!

The treatment was fantastic! Unfortunately the lack of toilet on the premises is a problem. I will hesitate to return because of this.

I wasn't aware there were two Pure Indulgence places within Carindale. Unless I missed something, but it would be good to have a clue as to which store you should go to in the text confirmation. I booked online and rocked up to the wrong one. I was also put in the room closest to the door that opens to the entrance of the store and at one point during my massage, I could hear everything that was going on outside (the receptionist on the phone and another masseuse asking someone a question) which is not what you want to have while trying to relax and enjoy a service. The massage was great but I might book into another store or request NOT to be in that room next time.
