There is a lot of pressure at the end of the consultation / treatment to buy products which is disappointing and can ruin the otherwise relaxing experience.

It would be great if therapists could all have a consistent approach to providing treatment to clients (e.g. if one therapist places a blindfold over you to help you relax or not stress then all therapists should try to adopt same approach? Just a small suggestion). Thanks.

The lady who completed my massage was professional, caring and did a great job. Ordinarily, I would rate her 10/10. HOWEVER, and I am sure through no fault of her own, she is obviously under instructions to try and upsell services to every client. She did this politely but I did not enjoy it at all. She attempted to sell me add on services to have at the end of my massage before it had commenced. At the end of the massage she attempted to sell me a further service and a product. One upsell attempt I would not have minded. Three was too much. As I stated (and from my previous employment experience) I am sure she was simply carrying out the instructions of her employer. Her employer should know that this kind of treatment completely does away with the caring feeling that I had gotten from the massage. This kind of treatment really reinforces that the customer is simply a commodity on which to make as much money as possible. As having to refuse upselling THREE times made me feel really uncomfortable I will not ever be using your services again. Shame, because everything else was great.

Hi there, I had a Brazilian was on Friday afternoon. When I got home I noticed that I was really red in large patches. I’ve been getting a Brazilian at PI for about 9 years and haven’t had this before. The redness has started to peel and is sore in the shower - not major, but like sunburn. I know that all therapists are different as well. I had some dirty looking wax left on my tummy area and still had a few scattered hairs in my bikini line area.
