Facial itself was excellent. Very relaxing and skin felt great afterward. Just way too pushy with sales. Undoes all the relaxation when you have someone pushing expensive products on you. I have already spent a decent amount of money and you are asking for a couple of hundred more.

was a bit disappointed in my daughter's bikini wax. There was still alot of hair on the outside of her bikini line from the middle down towards her bottom. The beautician basically only did the top bit and about half way down. Your prices are quite expensive and was disappointing that it wasn't done properly.

I had bought a package of 3 facials and added on microdermabrasion. For the last facial, when I called to book, I asked if it was possible to switch the microdermabrasion for something else. The person I spoke to said I could and she changed the microdermabrasion to a mask of equal value. When I got to my facial the person taking care of me seemed to have no idea what I was taking about and told me if I wanted any add ons that they would cost me more money. I was quite disappointed in this as I would have kept the microdermabrasion since I had already paid for it but I was being told I would have to pay more if I got it but I also did not get anything in place of this cost as I was promised.

Jane was lovely but was very pushy with products at the end. Charmingly done but too much.

Lovely staff and very professional in terms of communication and advice but when it came to the waxing alot of hair was still left over and I was uncomfortable whilst laying down

Would have preferred prior warning that my usual therapist had left. This made me feel obligated to accept the therapist assigned despite the experience being good.
