For the premium price paid I expected a better job. I had a few services performed and they were completed half an hour before they were scheduled to finish so there was no reason to not be thorough. My Brazilian was patchy and I was not offered a chance to bring this up for fixing, the wrong shade of nail polish was used for my pedicure as well as nicks to my cuticles. My facial and massage were fine, and my therapist was perfectly polite but I left feeling a bit disappointed.

Very disappointed with counter service after my treatment. The new gift voucher now has a card instead of the old style vouchers. My card had fallen off and although I was paying with two other old style vouchers, the attendant made me feel very silly that I didn't have the new style card on the third voucher. The manager said I could pay now and bring the gift card back and they would reimburse me which was good. Later that day, I returned and the same attendant said the manager would have to authorize it (again) and I had to wait for over an hour for her to return. I had originally paid cash and the manager said she could only refund me onto a credit card. When I said I didn't have a credit card and I reminded her that I had paid with cash she rolled her eyes as she opened the till, flicking the cash and shoved the cash into my hand, before she said a very rude thankyou. The Pure Indulgence signature facial was a real treat for me and the consultant did a wonderful job, but I did not like the Pure Indulgence Signature Service at the end with Camille and her manager.

Lovely staff. I have reduced how often I go though due to how pushy the staff are to sell their “series” and their yuva products.

I have had wonderful facial experiences with Pure Indulgence in the past. To be honest, my recent facial did not feel like the luxurious experience I have previously had. More time was spent on trying to sell me on products than on the actual facial. I will return, but will ensure I get a different staff member. There is a terrible sound of a wind tunnel outside the room.

Pleasant experience, but the lady spent the whole time trying to up sell me on extras - didn't appreciate the hard sell aspect.

Talisa who tinted and waxed my eye brows made my visit better. The young girls who were at the counter were fighting over something to do towels and stones and one girl looked like she threw a tantrum. I would go back to your garden city store as I didn't feel welcome in the shop front. The girls at garden city have always been brilliant but Carindale is closer to home, Next time I'll just travel to garden city. Talisa was brilliant and did everything she possibly could to make me happy!!
